Eye 2 Eye Opticians Belmont Circle

Eye 2 Eye Opticians opened its doors to the Belmont

circle community in 2007 and recently celebrated its

3rd successful trading year, and for a new business

they have gone from a start up business to an

established supporter for the community with over

3400 customers registered from the local area. Owned

and run by Dipesh and Sneha Patel both qualified

opticians with over 15 years experience in the optical

field, they have created a dynamic and creative business

offering the best eye care for the entire family.

In 2008, after only their first year they were nominated

and shortlisted for the Opticians award for their part in

the support of the local community, innovation, fashion

and the grand design, as well as outstanding business

success for the year as a new optical practice. With

outstanding service from the team and the high level

of technology they provide, has achieved the recognition

as a highly reputable optician within Harrow and the

surrounding areas. Every Customer receives a

personalised, individual consultation. They ensure that

every customer receives the best for their eyes and the

eyewear they use, they focus on the individual needs

for every customer and their requirement.

Eye 2 Eye has hosted many events over years ranging

from Halloween face painting evenings to Christmas

parties, open evenings so that they can bring the local

community together for the events and integrate as

part of the local services offered within the Belmont Circle

area. Dipesh is also very involved with Harrow Council,

Harrow in Business and other local associations so that

ideas can be brought forward from other local areas and

applied to Belmont Circle traders association.

Speaking to Dipesh, he adds that “its thanks to the

local support that has given them this outstanding

success and if all shoppers and trader support each

other it would bring more shoppers to the area.

Belmont Circle, as a parade of shops has always been

quoted as being a dead parade” but he strongly

disagrees and quotes, “if more effort is made to

offer better services, for the residents then I cannot

see why people would not shop within the local area”.

Okay there is fierce competition from the multiple large

companies, but simply looking at our own success I

cannot see how this cannot be possible for all businesses.

All it takes is a bit of care, attention and passion for their

business and look after their supporting customers to gain

their trust in the local shops.

Personalised Service, competitive pricing and attention

to detail always leads to success.

“Thank You to all the support from all our customers

and the local residents for helping us to become part

of the community and the success we have received.

We will continue to further our standards and provide

even higher levels of eye care in the future so once again….

thank you to all!

Dipesh Patel F.B.D.O"
